"Working in harmony with mother nature..."
Our direct sales of high quality natural finished Angus beef are produced in a grazing system where cattle graze their entire lives.

Em Brook Angus markets direct beef sales to a wide range of private customers throughout the mid-Atlantic area.

Em Brook Angus beef is born and finished naturally here at the farms on picturesque pastures. Our beef is rich in CLA and Omega 3. Working in harmony with mother nature, our beef is processed at its peak and dry aged for 10-14 days for full flavor, cut to your specifications and quick frozen.

Direct from our farm to your fork...

  1. Buying meat directly from the farm means you know exactly where your food comes from, and how it's treated on the way from the fields to your plate.
  2. With increasing concerns being raised over food safety, farm-direct food sourcing is becoming a growing trend. If you know your farmer, you can trust the way your food is raised and prepared.
  3. Plus, buying locally-grown food is a great way to help the environment. The less distance it has to cover to get to you, the less fuel gets burned, and the less carbon dioxide goes into our atmosphere.
  4. We're always delighted to get to know our customers, and we'll be happy to show you around our farm at any time. We want you to see how much care and love we give our cattle, so you can trust the quality of the beef you’re eating!
